      # Clear alignment of the role and the associated responsibilities. # Feedback given is taken positively and acted in the best possible manner, this makes me feel valued. # Working remotely with a good work-life balance. # Salary is always on time # Employees are encouraged to take courses, sponsored by the company, best suited to the skills required for the projects they work on. # Supervisors engage you in the bigger picture before assigning any tasks. # Senior management is quite supportive. # Best part is team diversity. Teams are always a mix of people from different cultural backgrounds/ geographic locations. # Team meet-ups happen geographically locations-wise.
