      High energy, motivating team, great co workers, uncapped commission

      Cons

      Long hours, some months are tougher to hit above quota and pay suffers as a result since this job is more commission than base

      Pros

      Sales Org that actually sets attainable goals. Great working environment in a great location, with great people. Multiple team nights out each month with the company floating the entire bill. Leadership that actually cares about your social well being just as much as your work life.

      Cons

      Work-hard/play-hard environment. If you don't like putting in hours this isn't the place for you.
