      Pros

      The company is growing, lots of revenue, this leads to lots of benefits to employees. Other departments such as HR, integration, and our regional representatives were incredible.

      Cons

      Upper management does not trust employees that are new and struggle to delegate Promises growth but only if you are one of the few people in the company “clique” Awards, accolades, and promotions aren’t based on factual data and growth Gossip is constant- my interview was 30 mins of the Controller and Assistant Controller gossiping about their own employees and stating how awful they were The CEO and other high management is so growth focused but hiring cannot catch up with the workload High turnover rate from employees quitting, and upper management firing

      Pros

      Nice front office staff and dr.

      Cons

      Assistants talk down to you and don't take the time to train you. Dr will lie to you to get you to work there. If you want to work in the back don't count on it. You will end up answering phones. You will be talked down to by assistants and told to be quiet and listen. Respect is not given.

      - Really fun co-workers. - Really meaningful work with a lot of good doctors. - Founders can be very kind. - Job security seems relatively stable.

      Cons

      - Extremely fast paced with little to no resources. - Lower than average pay. - Founders can become very angry over little things.
