      Nice front office staff and dr.

      Cons

      Assistants talk down to you and don't take the time to train you. Dr will lie to you to get you to work there. If you want to work in the back don't count on it. You will end up answering phones. You will be talked down to by assistants and told to be quiet and listen. Respect is not given.

      Month-end can be a bit intense at times, but it also keeps the work engaging and rewarding.

      For the most part, the people are phenomenal. Love the team and working cross-functionally!

      Cons

      Everything else. Struggling company with almost 100% turnover in leadership. No room for growth and they don't follow through on their promises to you. CEO will overwork you to the bone with no reward.
