      Pros

      Designers Edge is a great company. The workload hours vary - some weeks are short and some weeks can be longer, but OT is big and it pays off. The PMs are really great, they help you grow in your skills and genuinely care about you succeeding. They'll sit with you and walk through redlines and best way to improve. Management cares about it's employees. They hear us out when we have concerns and always try to find a solution.

      Cons

      Workload hours vary but if you're diligent with work - it's not bad

      Amazing workplace!! I've worked at Designers Edge for a few years now, and I am so grateful I was hired. The company truly cares about your career and where you want to go. I feel valued, heard, and my work means something when I am at Designers Edge. The CEO truly cares about each and all of us , The company culture is the best I've ever worked for and everyone loves what they do. In terms of benefits, it's truly fantastic. We have PTO, Great healthcare plans. Our office is beautiful with fully stocked drinks and snacks. There's free lunch Fridays!! I really could go on for a long time. Definitely, definitely the best place I’ve ever worked.

      Pros

      Always new exciting projects to work on from different clients. You get the experience you need in all fields, residential, commercial, and industrial. The office is a fast pace environment but management always keeps things relaxed and manageable. Office is fully stacked with snacks and coffee so there's always something to keep you satisfied. Boss is very flexible and understandable to the employee's needs. Great place to work.

      Cons

      Work can get overwhelming but employees are paid hourly so you make overtime pretty easily and quickly.
