people are nice in general, and engineers are great to work with

Cons

no growth path in company, no focus on individual goals, some product directors have very less experience and poor managerial capability

- great product - high chance of company to scale heights quickly - promising founders - Great leaders in Product and Sales teams

Cons

- no work life balance - nobody has any direction or knows what theyre doing seems like; just suck up to founders and don’t show them the actual reality of what’s happening on ground - only handful of leaders who actually influence in a good way

Worst and unethical company , dont ever work here

Pros

No pros, constant work pressure. And unfair work ethics.

Cons

If you are reading this review , never ever work in this company, they are extremely unethical. They will ask you to resign one random day, and then give you letter of termination on top of that. Not only that they don't even have any notice period policy. So take your decision wisely else you will regret this decision.
