      Pros

      * You are often involved in the end to end project architecture * Company focuses a lot on code quality - something you do not get to see often in a services firm * The CEO is a really brilliant guy, working with him has constantly improved my intellectual levels and can-do attitude * The work life balance is typically good - I hardly feel pressurized or that we are a small team trying to grow in early stages * It feels good to work in an environment where work ethics are not compromised

      Cons

      * You are sometimes expected to switch technologies and pick up new ones on your own * Training process is very brief - you are literally thrown into a swimming pool to pick up on your own

      Company stopped hiring at one of a time and hence slowed down the growth.
