A good place to start your career. Infra at its best. Small but passionate team Lots of opportunities as company is focusing on expanding the India software team. Quarterly Bonus. Always encourage to learn new tech.

New Software Division setup in Delhi

Pros

The company is setting up a new software division and is expanding the Delhi office, to a premium space. The company offers free snacks and coffee and there is a quarterly lunch outing. The US team does not consider the India team as service provider, but as an equal partner and that is much better than my experience in Consultancies. Nobody asks you to work on Saturdays except if you need to come for conducting interviews.

Cons

The management is adamant that employees should complete the 8.5 hours in office. There is no getting away from that. Work from home is allowed only in case of contingencies, you can't avail it without prior permission
