Pros

There is nothing good about this company other than the impossibility of getting fired once hired

Cons

Soulless company that does not care at all about the business they are in. Another corporate hellhole that has no interest in organic growth and getting better at improving in distribution. Only look to grow through acquisitions and cutting operating costs down to the bare bone. End of the day, the spreadsheet rules all, and this dirty corporation is fine underpaying, overworking, and using its employees until their dying day.

Pros

Pay was good thanks to the union environment. That's the only good thing about working there.

Cons

Management sucks. They will try and look for a way to terminate you if they don't like you. Management favorites 2 or 3 employees and gives them the best tasks while the others get the lousy ones. Those 2-3 favorite employees are rats and will snitch on you to management. The building is over 100 years old and falling apart and it's very hot and cold inside depending on the season. The floors are 90% wood throughout the warehouse that easily breaks and causes injury to workers. The building consists of 4 floors and have stairs and old freight elevators that's always breaking down. They have old run down machines that keeps breaking down. Half the functions on one machine doesn't work which will require for you to do it manually. They treat the warehouse employees like animals while the office employees gets treated very well. Everyday is a different start and end time. You don't know what time you begin the next day until the end of your shift. The day ends when every truck is loaded and it's always a different time. Overtime is mandatory. I can go on but I will stop here.
