Don't have a fair salary policy. Benefits such as meals and transportation are kept at the base and cannot meet daily needs. It's a routine overtime for extra unpaid overtime. There is no functional workflow and no management style that cares and trusts the employee's profession. Strangely enough, the company's boss describes exactly what you're going to do and how you're going to do it and expects you to be his clone. Horrible experience that in working there from every angle.
