      Completely Misled

      Pros

      Pay was decent. There some good people to work with.

      Cons

      No career opportunities. No management leadership or communication, only politics. Asked for consistently more output with little to no resources to accomplish them. Long hours (10hrs/day, 6 to 7 days/wk). During interview, I was told this was a growing and profitable company. Soon after starting, I learn the company is bleeding money and half of all employees were released. The hours and days got longer. The output quota increased, but my headcount permanently decreased.

      There are no pros at all.

      Cons

      I suggest for anyone to run as fast as you can from this company, They raise your output goals substantially while almost halving the resources you need to work with. They also tend to look for scapegoats. There are too many more cons to list.

      Pros

      They have some long tenured production employees that are the backbone of the company.

      Cons

      Bought out by Wilsonart and they did a major purge of some excellent employees. They took the route of short term monetary savings at the expense of a quality workforce.
