      They have some long tenured production employees that are the backbone of the company.

      Cons

      Bought out by Wilsonart and they did a major purge of some excellent employees. They took the route of short term monetary savings at the expense of a quality workforce.

      Experienced company that has been through a lot. Pushes employees to do their best,

      Accountability across all levels doesn't exist. Including the production floor all the way up to the business leaders.
