      - Company provides us regular communication on what is happening wrt management. - Company leads/encourages transparency at the work. - Company helps us to grow both personally and professionally. - Company listen's to the new ideas and consider them if they add business values. - Company allows us to have balance with work and life. - Company provides very good compensations and benefits

      Cons

      No company is perfect, as you grow there are numerous factors which comes in as a challenge. The challenges should not hinder the growth of the company. The challenges should be handled with well prepared actions.
