I like the Dutch direct approach. You are free to express your opinion. Even if it is negative it is taken up without fear of losing your job. Open culture and great colleagues.

Cons

Sometimes too direct and you have to get used to that in the beginning if you haven't experienced it before. Direct also means honest and sincere.

1. Should help the employee grow along with the company 2. Micromanagement 3. No experienced managers in the Bengaluru branch
