      Pros

      ECI is a good solid company. Their benefits are on par.

      Cons

      I can't say a whole lot that is negative about ECI except there are too many moving parts on most of their systems. They are engineered to require everything be just right to have a system/client stable.

      Great culture, Plentiful PTO and Vacation, Work is interesting and customer are generally good to work with Achievers High 5 program is a nice perk and cool way to earn gift cards and things

      Cons

      Annual reviews do not determine merit increases Bonuses are based on EBITA and not employee performance or merit. Calculation of the payout fluctuates.
