    Cons

    Direct management did not always consider the staff's life balance.
    EVERYTHING had to be verified and approved by management, very little latitude given to employees, even senior ones.
    Poor trust from the management to employees.
    Lack of flexible schedules

    excellent pension, private healthcare, bonus scheme, collective agreement pay bargaining, knowledgeable people who are all friendly and willing to share experience
