Pros

Colleagues are friendly Laid-back environment You feel like you can make a difference to young people.

Cons

This organisation has completely lost its way. Management have no understanding of skill sets and are just chasing income left right and centre without having the workforce to deliver. There are hardly any staff with an understanding of the education landscape or how to work with young people, so key staff are over-relied on. Different job roles are being combined into one for very poor money so it's no surprise when those jobs go unfilled.
