60% positive business outlook
Pros
My boss and supervisors were nice
Cons
NO RAISES so you are stuck making whatever you come in at. They reduced our commission Reduced our 15 min breaks to 10 min
Pros
great to work as a employee many bonus and good pay
Cons
Horrible Management treats the Supervisors as they are dirt and no bonus because they have salary but the salary is so low the employees make 3 times more
Pros
Loved the supervisors, great people to work with,
Cons
set hours no room for over time, pay not great, too many hoops to get the bonus.
Pros
Work at home, livable wage, some benefits (bare minimum) nice coworkers
Cons
Disorganized. Management tries to assert dominance through constantly criticizing your performance and threat of job loss. Major turn over. Supervisors rarely take calls from customers who want to speak to them. Customer satisfaction is secondary to beating the competitor. Managers try and guilt trip you into taking over time. Benefit package is lousy. Customers are usually angry after getting bad service and lies from the competition
Pros
The wages and possible bonus is all that is beneficial. $14.50 is pretty decent for the area that they are located in. Good luck getting the bonus, they make sure that you aren't able to get that for the month.
Cons
Supervisors have power trips. Massive layoffs happen without any notice. They under appreciate their agents and they talk down to them. No one is kept informed of things that supervisors or the managers want agents to know. Write ups happen frequently for errors done due to the lack of information. Training is horrible, they give you a crash course leaving out vital information then expect you to know the ins and outs of their systems and policies straight out of training.
Pros
Ability to work overtime and bonuses
Cons
No raises, some supervisors don't do their jobs well
Pros
Fun staff, though they can be a bit loud. Pay is minimum wage plus bonuses on sales, so the bonuses really help out. Paid training which I love. Some supervisors arent the best, but some are outstanding as with every workplace. Hours are long but you choose them.
Cons
- Loud staff - Decent pay - Long hours
Pros
They promote from within which is great. The coworkers are awesome. Once you go through training, you'll know exactly what needs to be done. It's
Cons
Leadership seems lacking. Immediate supervisors are ok, but the next higher up need improvement. Low pay for what's expected of us and compared to other call centers.
