      - low load in some projects - average salary - average social package

      Cons

      - limited places from where you can work - limited payment methods

      - Default company with classic benefits package - Some projects have super small workload what could allow you to have additional income - A lot of additional opportunities to grow if you want (big community, a lot of education courses, opportunity to be interviewer)

      Cons

      - Due to recession there is salary freeze here - As classical big company it's more difficult to increase salary than in product or in smaller companies - Smaller salaries in comparation to market (I had other job and salary there were 25% higher)
