Pros

The IT and HR team

Cons

Poor benefits, no bonus, weak healthcare. The place itself is just rife with unhappy, unapproachable people most of whom are completely burnt out (can’t blame them for that I guess) People are on stress leave on a monthly basis, genuinely no team spirit whatsoever - never seen it so bad. No one I’ve spoken to who works there can understand how they keep winning best place to work awards, it just doesn’t add up. A revolving door of staff in the accounting department which is actually just comical at this stage. Also better not try and ask any questions regarding payroll or benefits as your emails are just completely ignored.

Pros

Nothing special in the company which makes it stand apart from others. Some basic "pros" are: 1. Salary as per market standards 2. Nice office 3. Standard benefits like tax saver, pension scheme etc

Cons

1. Well the biggest problem of company is the management. They have more managers(just to arrange meetings to show they are working) than the developers ( who actually work). And then there are more managers to manage those junior managers. 2. HR is useless and they don't really help if any junior employee has concern about its senior. They basically go along with the senior management ignoring the junior employee's concerns. 3. Marketing team is doing good job of showing the company like they are competitors of Amazon but in short there is not much scope to learn or grow in company in terms of tech skills.
