Pros
Was a good place to work- good coworkers and environment. Benefits ok. Pros falling off the board quickly.
Cons
Recent years have led to layoffs and an unenjoyable workplace. Didn't seem like any long term plan and many employees deeply concerned about direction of company. Company is employee owned but doesn't conduct itself in that fashion- decisions are made without employee input which only deepens the divide between senior management and employee owners.
