Things change RAPIDLY. In 2020 we were acquired by Seaport Capital, and then in 2023 we acquired SecuLore. Each of these acquisitions has changed the workload, people dynamics, and culture. We are a very different company than we were 5 years ago. Some people really enjoy that challenge, and some people don't.
