I like everyone I have worked with thus far - from each engineer, to the administration staff, and up to and including the executives. EXB is has a great home office environment that is both laid-back and focused on delivering great results for customers. A great way to work either remote or in-office on aerospace, medical, and defense projects. The staff is growing positively both technically and with respect to the talent and capacity within "middle" or project management. So there are not only people that share common interests and a passion for what they do but also lots to learn from folks who have real talent in their respective subject matters.

EXB's customers are some of the top Medical Device and Aerospace/Defense companies in the country, which presents it's employees with an unlimited opportunity for personal growth. Over the last couple of years the company has made enormous strides, adding new customers and penetrating new markets. The executives have a clear vision and treat their employees with respect. They value their employees' opinions and seek their input on the majority of decisions that are made. Pay and benefits are very good and the culture is extremely collaborative. Just a great company to work for.
