Pros
I like everyone I have worked with thus far - from each engineer, to the administration staff, and up to and including the executives. EXB is has a great home office environment that is both laid-back and focused on delivering great results for customers. A great way to work either remote or in-office on aerospace, medical, and defense projects. The staff is growing positively both technically and with respect to the talent and capacity within "middle" or project management. So there are not only people that share common interests and a passion for what they do but also lots to learn from folks who have real talent in their respective subject matters.
Cons
If you are someone who thrives on the structures found within larger matrix organized companies, this group might be difficult to adapt to since the company is still growing as an organization and relies on being nimble enough to achieve customer results in direct ways, which sometimes means wearing several different hats. (If you like a challenge and are a flexible, free-thinking problem solver then this is actually a Pro and you should contact someone here immediately.) Working hand-in-hand with staff from other companies on a project can be challenging sometimes because you never really know who you'll need to work with, and more importantly learn to work well with. The good news is that this is rarely an issue and my experiences have been 99% positive.
