Pros
Plenty of options for cross-training and (for the most part) great clientele. Management willing to work with you to provide a solid work/life balance.
Cons
It's a restaurant, so if you've worked in the service industry, you already know what comes with it, even if it is a great job.

Pros
Attentive and caring management. They will try their best to make sure employees are happy. Complaints and advice are noted and welcomed. Plenty of opportunities to move around and train for other positions. Strong sense of teamwork.
Cons
All those that come with a restaurant/service industry job. This one is no different.
