Pros

Good work life balance, they don't support OT, and leads will check in with you often. Colleagues of different time zone are also considerate of the timezone differences.

Cons

Not much, maybe just that the pay is slightly lower than others in the same industry?

- good and nice colleagues that do their best to support you if they could - relaxing working environment in Malta with flexible hybrid working culture - good salary - nice comfortable office with good perks and seafront view albeit located in dense tourist area (paceville) - there are possibilities that you will be included in interesting project from other branches of electric square

Cons

- office life can feel pretty lacking social wise because usually not many people are in the office due to flexible hybrid working culture (although this lack of social life might be alright for some people)
