- good and nice colleagues that do their best to support you if they could - relaxing working environment in Malta with flexible hybrid working culture - good salary - nice comfortable office with good perks and seafront view albeit located in dense tourist area (paceville) - there are possibilities that you will be included in interesting project from other branches of electric square

- office life can feel pretty lacking social wise because usually not many people are in the office due to flexible hybrid working culture (although this lack of social life might be alright for some people)

There's almost too much to say positively about Electric Square so I'll stick to a few main points. The salaries are good. Always lots of projects to work on - always bringing in new business. The project-variation keeps it fresh. The company shows respect and makes people feel highly valued. The amount of support is amazing. The vibe is happy and friendly, and respectful of faith. The IT dept is second to none. The perks are great. And most importantly, they seem stable, even in today's climate.

Not really a con but just need more offices closer to home.
