The damage this comany will do to your brain may well be permanent. Nothing works there: technically this is very substandard company, but charging high premium. Essentially, what they pay to you in entire mounth is an equivalent of 2-3 days of what they chage for YOUR work. They don't have any trainings, only basic toolset, the "technical management and leadership is formed by people who evidently never touched any real work (considering their Linked-In profiles, they have spent most of their time writing their CVs, inventing new titles, and compiling fairytales about their heroic lives).
HR is a special chapter! Many people say that it is a joke, but trust me, there is nothing funny about it.
