      Smart, humble and friendly co-workers

      Pros

      The company has very smart, humble and kind people. You will work with people who are dedicated to their work but also super friendly. Everyone is open to helping and jumping on a Zoom call to explain things. The managers don't micromanage you but trust that you can perform well as a professional. They value innovation and give you creative freedom.

      Cons

      I didn't see any cons when I was working there. I only wished that they had more training courses on our specific jobs and possibly office hours, so I can increase my skillset.

      They lie to clients. They move your quota so it is impossible to hit mircomange lots of hidden fees
