Pros
Leadership are adults who treat others like adults. This is a very respectful and realistic atmosphere where you can be yourself and your input is valued. (Rare, as we know, so it took me a long time to truly believe it!) Having a life outside of work is also valued. *chef's kiss* No micro-management. Remote work only. Smart and kind coworkers. I feel valued and heard.
Cons
Not unique to ET, but there has been friction between sales and account teams. The balance between overselling and overpromising without making an account team look like they're underdelivering is precarious. On the bright side, I always felt heard in these situations and a lot has improved.
