      Teaching can be fun. Some days it doesn't feel like a job as the interaction with the students can be quite fun. Good Culture, colleagues are helpful. Management is professional and approachable. There's room for growth.

      Some children and parents can be difficult to manage.

      The team is not only respectful and professional, but also genuinely open to ideas and innovation. Their teachers are passionate about what they do and personally invested in each student’s growth and development.

      Cons

      More families should know about Empire Code. The value they provide, especially in nurturing creativity and digital skills in children, deserves a wider audience.

      Pros

      Really good team, people collaborate well, management seems nurturing also. Learning opportunities, interesting work scope, can get hectic during holiday camp periods, but that's only a few weeks in a year, otherwise, things move at a good pace

      Cons

      its a small team so have to be adaptable and be ready to take on new things
