Pros

Still pals with my gals (that no longer work there)

Cons

Read my previous review for the majority of the cons (titled: RUN) Just wanted to add a few more points after a year of reflection, and I unfortunately can no longer add to my previous review. The reviews that are positive are from current employees—because they are being requested to boost the GlassDoor reviews. Take that into consideration when you read these, and as a former employee who was asked to write positive reviews on the website and various platforms, I can confidently say it’s true. At any given point, there are about 15-20 young women (we had a middle aged man at one point and it didn’t go well) working their butts off to make this company seem like a big time operation and a positive place to be. The ones that stay have been brainwashed into thinking that this is the height of fashion, work is supposed to feel draining and demeaning, and it is normal for a CEO to change her mind 12 hour before a drop (or project). They form positive relationships (aka trauma bonding) and think the bad is okay because there is some good. IT IS NOT. If you choose to take a job here, take one for experience because every job after this is going to feel like heaven. Please take the negative reviews seriously. For your mental health and all that is good within you.

Pros

There are some genuinely lovely and hardworking people here that don’t deserve half of what they have to put up with at this company.

Cons

Are you looking for expert gaslighting, negative company culture, public humiliation in front of coworkers and customers, being belittled on a daily basis, and a mediocre product? 12th Tribe is everything Glassdoor, and myself, say it is. Listen to the reviews, you won’t be able to make a positive change here, you’ll barely be able to keep your head above water. The CEO is a wanna be influencer who should’ve stuck to being just that, running a business isn’t for everyone girl! This entire company is driven by ego instead of grounded in reality. The leadership team is one of the most incompetent, immature, and outright useless group of people I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Constantly playing the blame game, incapable of taking any form of accountability, and one specific manager who will go out of their way to isolate you if you don’t agree with everything they say. The quality of the management is also reflected in the quality of the products. If you shop here be prepared to wear your items 1-5 times before they fall apart, don’t even get me started on the return policy. I come back to the 12th Tribe Glassdoor when I’m feeling low, it always cheers me up to see nothing has changed, and never will.
