      - 24-7 InTouch only promotes from within the company, giving everybody an equal opportunity for promotions - In my current line of business, there are many rewards and fun opportunities for doing a good job - Although productivity and efficiency is expected from you, they created it in a way that makes it enjoyable

      Cons

      -Sometimes communication could be improved upon, but with many lines of business and many updates, it is understandable when it isn't fully administered.
