Pros
A few years back, there was an opportunity to work in a very professional and dignified approach. However, the entire culture was changed after the new MD joined because now it is more import on dirty office politics not in disciplined work approach.
Cons
1) Good hard-working employees will not be appreciated at all due to dirty office politics. 2) Assume that if you are hardworking person, you will get all workload and others will take your entire credit. 3) They don't want to take employee's concern and Senior management want to work in a very Hippocratic and unprofessional way of work. It leads to employee dissatisfaction as well as motivation. 4) All annual appraisals points are based on the unprofessional way as well as perception based on dirty politics & pre planned decision to satisfy somebody personal interest & their happiness. 5) Senior Management is not following any professional and good behaviour approach during any discussions/meetings. Using very unprofessional, unethical and abusive language while talking to employees by some of the senior management people. 6) HR is not all effective & efficient and not taking any suitable action if somebody raises their genuine complaints/concerns. They are just rubber stamp and do not have any value.
