There are literally no pros. You work just to make just enough to survive. They wildly underpay you and give you more responsibilities that what your position actually requires on top of being wildly underpaid with no increase pay opportunities.
Cons
Their idea of a raise, is to give you .25% more on your bonus. They keep you at your set pay, give you more responsibilities, and tell you that you can work more hours.

Inflexible corporate expectations, reform and proposals don't appear to travel far past people you can see.

Pros
Good benefits, pay is decent.
If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.
Cons
You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
