      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for advancement in the right markets. Fast paced energetic environment where many days often offer something new to accomplish.

      Cons

      At store level in most cases you are constantly exposed to the elements. Really breaks down the body in various climates....cold winters and hot summers.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
