Low pay but guess what they make it up in the amount of overtime required. suppose to be a management roll regardless of the trainee but you literally start in the lowest possible inside position. You do everything from sweeping, mopping, bathrooms to restocking self sales and estimates to inventory. Commission is laughable. Hope you like walking around because you'll average 15,000 steps a day or better. Oh and you better be clean shaven everyday or you wont last long. Lastly they expect you to twice a week after you clock out to drive the daily deposits to the bank for free. Seriously could do better pretty much anywhere else.
