      Pros

      The company promotes mostly from within with great advancement opportunities. If your willing to relocate a little you can advance very rapidly. Income potential is directly related to performance. The sky is the limit.

      Cons

      I don't really have any. You must be willing to work hard. If your not willing to work hard and put in good effort it's not for you. If you have a great work ethic this is the company for you work for.

      Pros

      Excellent management, people take an active interest in your long term development in house.

      Cons

      Inflexible corporate expectations, reform and proposals don't appear to travel far past people you can see.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
