Pros

Diverse work that will keep you challenged everyday Co-workers and peers lead to a team mentality Knowledgeable peers to learn from when they aren't over-worked

Cons

Little-to-no training. Often thrown into the "fire" and expected to sink or swim. Management does not prioritize proper support for their staff and workers and instead focuses on the bottom line.

Pros

Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

Cons

You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
