They care about your ability, not your education. If you're willing to work long hours, getting dirty and dealing with some short-tempered customers you could make a great career at 84.
5 day work week (at our store)
Cons
Compensation program is based on base + bonus (for hitting quota). Sometimes you just don't hit quota... When that happens, a co-manager (right below the store manager) winds up making less than $650/week after taxes after working a 55 hour week.

Pros
Good benefits, pay is decent.
If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.
Cons
You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
