      Pros

      Healthcare and retirement. That’s it.

      Cons

      VP’s who love to bully people and personally attack individuals they don’t like. Pay at this company is absolutely laughable. You’re just a number here and management will treat you like so. They will make up lies about you when they finally push you over the edge and find a better opportunity. Full of politics and don’t expect to be successful unless you’re liked. If you’re not liked by your boss, expect to be silently pushed out, harassed, and bullied. Tons of favoritism.

      Excellent management, people take an active interest in your long term development in house.

      Cons

      Inflexible corporate expectations, reform and proposals don't appear to travel far past people you can see.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
