Where to begin? What a journey it has been! One of the best companies I have worked for! The company did not limit me in my role. They gave me a chance to work on projects that helped me learn valuable skills. Real skills that could enormously leverage one’s career. I got an opportunity to work with a high-performing yet supportive team that influenced me to always do my best. I never experienced micromanagement - they will let you work, express your ideas and be creative in delivering your tasks. The founders are highly experienced. I had a very pleasant experience working with the CEO, CTO, and COO. Incredibly great leadership especially Fahd, that cares about employees’ growth and well-being. Great innovative culture , great pension contribution benefits at 12% Employer and 2% Employee, flexible remote working from anywhere in the world via encrypted high level security , 25 days annual leave , discretionary annual bonus , ability to hotdesk at any Regis Office in the UK snd worldwide , offices in New York, London , Nice and Singapore, opportunities to work in Dubai and Middle East as the company has strong partners with the Crown Princes office in the UAE , highly educated and trained software programmers who Steva pleasure to deal with , CEO Fahd is very flexible and provides opportunities to grow , increasing sales pipeline , autonomy to do your tile and little micromanaging, I had a great experience when I worked there from March 2020 to oct/nov 2020 and only moved to go back into an IFA to do traditional paraplanning .

Not that Incan think off . Only missed going to the office in Victoria bit that was due to the lockdown and the pandemic
