They will offer you comparatively good salary , but they are not gonna pay you anything . they will ask you to resign from your current job immediately and join then as soon as possible . but after one month they will say that your performance is not upto the mark and will force you to leave . so practical they will make you jobless

Some of the software dev team members are friendly and honest
Cons
The CEO is emotional, ignorant, and opinionated. Very bad leadership. Non-scalable product management, Lack of communication. I would recommend to stay away from it.
