Pros
Company has a nice bonus structure for exempt. If you are over 40 they mark-up their 401K contributions in lieu of having a pension program though it does take 3 years to get 100% vesting. Good, professional people for the most part. The company does a good job with internal communication among all employees.
Cons
Bit dysfunctional trying to get support through US corporate. The entire SCM concept needs to be rethought. The company could be more competitive by allowing professionals more flexibility in selecting vendors as the job requires.
