Other consulting companies will run after you because you learn so much about headhunting and mapping here. Good platform to become a good headhunter and mapping expert. I miss my Chairman High Circle days. Good experience. Never thought i would get a chance to be a part of ABC Consultants.

Sometimes you end up having a bad relationship with your reporting manager because they want to know inside out about your personal life. The reporting manager should only be concerned about their employee professional life. The reporting manager also have a habit to take all the appreciation at times of closure. Lot of bad politics. Appraisals are very bad. The reporting manager gets the maximum appraisal percentage.
