      did not found any Positive in this organization

      Cons

      1) needs to work more than 12 hours daily otherwise managers are going to harass you daily. 2) need to work on week end 3) bonus will be given to selected persons 4) very bad management and HR Management 5) No salary hike for the employees working for last 15 + years 6) Managers in IT are belongs to one lobby and does not have the correct skill set to work in IT. 7) HR can terminate you in minutes , so no job security.

      There are many reasons to work for ADNIC one of the top is that its a market leader and its vision to be the regional leader as well as so many opportunity to improve and enhance its process

      Cons

      it would vary from a person perspective to another however from my own experience i can tell that it needs for analysis to be involved in the progress and improvements
