Honestly not much other than the hourly pay and benefits.

This was the absolute worst job I’ve ever had in my life!! What was learned in training did not apply to what your manager expected you to do on the floor. Constant disrespect from customers, especially due to their lack of understanding with how to use their system…go figure. Micromanagement is on 1000% — nothing I would do seemed to be satisfactory. Everything about this job wreaked havoc on my mental health, so much so that I am still recovering after 10 months of being away from this place. If you take nothing else from this, please just do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to work. I would work at McDonalds before I ever work a call center job at ADT security again.
