Pros

Only thing that’s positive is you can work remote

Cons

This job is horrendous. One of the worst jobs I’ve ever had. Only lasted a few months. Pay is not enough for the workload by any means. Constant calls and most of them are unpleasant and very unhappy customers telling you how much they hate our service and hate the company. The treatment from customers is not ideal, treatment from management is completely insane. You can’t even step away for 5 minutes to use the bathroom without them freaking out and yelling at you or even logging you out of your shift while you go. Very poor communication throughout the entire company. Typical corporate job, incredibly toxic workplace even from home. You get no holidays off, if you don’t have PTO yet and need time off unpaid, you aren’t allowed to be off. There is no work to life balance, you aren’t allowed to pee on company time, you aren’t paid well for all of the bs you have to take. This company does not care about its employees in the slightest.

Pros

I've worked for the company for 40+ years, I'm treated with respect and my efforts are recognized by my Director and other ADT leaders. They give me the autonomy to manage my department and value my experience and insight. They offer a solid benefits package. ADT leads by example with their cultural markers and ensures that rules and laws are followed. I love the collaboration I have with our other departments.

Cons

Obviously, we all want more money, especially given the prices of everything, it's always nice to make more money, but I've checked the compensation and benefits in similar positions outside of ADT and I feel ADT is paying a fair wage and when I factor in the benefits package, they are above average in overall compensation.
