Pros
Better than average salary and benefits, great opportunities to move around within the company and gain new skills. Reasonable opportunity for promotion, strong tendency to promote from within. Generally good supportive culture, with balanced focus between customer, employee, and shareholder.
Cons
Most of the senior leadership for the Salt Lake facility is in New York or virtual. Layoffs and re-organizations are unfortunately frequent, and since the decisions are made by senior leadership from a distance, the events feel capricious and impersonal.
