Pros
Great hands-on learning opportunity with a supportive team. The company culture is welcoming to interns, and I was given meaningful tasks that contributed to real projects. Good mentorship and guidance from my supervisor.
Cons
The onboarding process could be a bit more structured for interns. Sometimes the pace is very fast, which can be challenging, but it's also a good learning experience.
